As a Vistage Chair, I am proud to work with the world's leading chief executive organization, Vistage Worldwide, Inc., comprising of over 45,000 members in 35 countries. As a part of that network, I lead, coach, and mentor four private advisory groups for CEOs, senior executives, and business leaders right here in Colorado!

With almost two decades of experience as a Specialist with NASA and a Firefighter/Paramedic, followed by another twenty years in Corporate America as an entrepreneur and senior executive for some of the world's largest banking institutions, I have developed a depth of understanding of different cultures, industries, and business models.

My experience in startup operations has led to numerous rapid multi-million-dollar corporate growth and turnarounds that have generated outstanding profitability. Furthermore, I have served on the Board of Directors of several privately and publicly traded companies.

Throughout my career, I have trained, led, and mentored hundreds of individuals and teams to achieve their goals and directives. As a result, I have coached some of the most successful and talented people on the planet, providing me with a unique perspective on the issues and challenges facing today's leaders and executives.

With a BSBA undergrad and an International MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, as well as graduating from the Graduate School of Banking at The University of Colorado, Boulder, I possess a diverse educational background.

As a Vistage Chair, my primary goal is to connect successful executives so that together, we can share expertise, challenge each other to think critically, and arrive at better decisions.
